Shipping Method
Greeninnov offers Register Airmail and EMS for our customers. It takes 7-10 business days for EMS delivery and 10-25 business days for Registered Air Mail in regular season.
According to our customers' feedbacks, delivery time of Registered Air Mail is longer for Russian and Brazilian customers, sometimes, the waiting time would be even 50 days. It is highly recommended for Russian customers to choose EMS.
American customers please do choose EMS if possible 40 days delivery time is unacceptable for you, as airmail to United States are always detained(not seized) by customs, which will delay the delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order request has been received by us, it will be shipped out within 48 hours( 90% within 24 hours) on weekdays. You can get your order status and waybill number at "MY ACCOUNT".
It will take 7-10 business days for EMS delivery and 10-25 business days for register aimail parcel. Please note that EMS and Register airmail is provided by China post. Both of them need recipient sign for the parcel. If you fail to contact with post office within the prescribed time limit (It's up to your local post policy). It will be returned to us as " Unclaimed". As soon as we receive your order, we would like to refund you the goods cost or re-ship your order on receiving your shipping fee.
Track My Order
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your account will be filled with a waybill number and you will be sent a shipping notification email. Please sign-in and get your waybill number at "My Account".
EMS (7-10 Business days)
Once you get the waybill number, please wait for 2-3 days to track your order online as live tracking information is only available after the package is scanned by the post company. You can get tracking information at China EMS websitehttp://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp about 2-3 days later.
Sometimes, Chinese EMS site doesn't provide detailed tracking information for the pacakge. You can also get the further information at your local postal site. Please find the website at http://www.ems.com.cn/jsp/track/ttq/e-cha-xun-lian-jie.html or http://www.ems.coop/site/Main.php?Oid=273&Lid=1
2¡¢Registered Air Mail (10-25 business days)
Once you get your waybill number, please wait for 3-6 days to track your parcel online. It takes a longer time for China post to scan Airmail parcel. You can get departureinformation at China Airmail site http://sc.hongkongpost.com/gb/app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp about 3-6 days later.
Note: Except Japan, US, South Africa, Hungary, China post will only show departure information and won't update arrival and delivery status.
For packages shipped to the following countries,you can get the tracking information at the local post website about 12 days after the package is shipped (at this point the package should have arrived at the destination country). If you don't know the website, please contact us.
Austrilia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Korea South, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Switzerland,Turkey.
For the package to UK, rare parts of airmail parcel from China can be inquired on Royalmail postal site, most of them can not be tracked online.
For the packages shipped to Germany or the Netherlands, you can inquire the package by phone when the package arrives at your country( the waiting time is about 12 days after you get departure information at China post). The registered number will be changed by DHL post or TNT post when the package arrives at your country.
As far as we know, there is no online postal site available for packages to other countries.

Shipping Charge
Combined shipping cost for each order is calculated automatically accoring to the shipping weight and destination. You can place an order without paying to check the shipping cost, after you choose your destination country in dropdown menu, you will get the actual shipping fee.
1¡¢EMS
The shipping rate may vary in different periods. Generally the shipping cost to US, CA and west Europe per order is 15$~25$. It's more economical to ship multiple items in one package as EMS charges on each unit of 500g.
The maximum limit of each package is 30Kg. If the total weight of what you ordered exceeds 30kg, please divide your items into several orders and check out separately.
2¡¢Registered Air Mail
The shipping rate may vary in different periods. Generally the shipping cost per order is 5$~15$. Registered Airmail charges on each unit of 100g.
The maximum limit of each package is 2Kg. If the total weight of what you ordered exceeds 2kg, please divide your items into several orders and check out separately.
Calculate Shipping Costs
1¡¢Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. For this reason, the price displayed on product information pages does not include shipping.
2¡¢To estimate shipping cost for any product item or combination of items:
On the item's product information page, click the Add to Cart button . You will be then taken to your Shopping Cart page.
3¡¢View the total shipping costs for the items in your cart under Estimate Shipping Costs at the bottom of the page.
4¡¢Choose the country you want your order delivered to from the Ship to: drop down menu for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.
5¡¢You can also access your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart at the top of every page on Greeninnov.com.
Note: Adding an item to your shopping cart puts you under no obligation to order. If after viewing estimated shipping costs you no longer wish to order an item, simply click Deletenext to the item name in your shopping cart to remove it. |
